Compatible with the 14-ft and 16-ft wide Farmers Friend Caterpillar Tunnels, and the Haven High Tunnel.
We also offer a double-zipper end wall.
*Not compatible with Caterpillar Tunnel Max.

Single vs Double vs Framed End Walls
End walls don’t have to be fancy to be effective. Our Single Zipper Door offers our widest opening giving you easier access to your plants and increasing ventilation all at the same time. (Zipper can open all the way to the top of the tunnel except for 16' wide Gothic tunnels with a lift kit)
While our Double Zipper Door does have a smaller opening, it still features a very generous 84″ width and height for easy access to your tunnel. Plus the door neatly rolls up out of your way for even easier access.
The Framed Double Zipper Door takes the benefits of the Double Zipper Door and adds an end wall framing kit (minus 4 2x4s) that add strength and resilience to both your end wall and tunnel.
(Zipper Door End Walls are compatible with all Farmers Friend Tunnels, as long as you have a metal center purlin and wind bracing.

Single Zipper End Wall

Poor design, product failure
1 out of 5 stars
I have replaced this door for the third time in 4 years. The poor design of the protective zipper flaps allows them to get caught in the zipper, preventing further closure of the door. As you close the zipper and the flaps catch in the zipper, the flaps start to fray into strands. Then those strands prevent closure of the zipper as they get caught over and over. A ridiculously poor design that has been standard for years. A complete waste of money for a defective product. I tried a single zipper door instead of the double and it’s the same poor design!

It works great. We have a couple different versions with clips or bungee cords holding it open and the clips seemed great but there was not enough webbing for it to actually clip it closed at a proper height, added rope extensions to make it work. The ends to the bungee cord have actually been the most effective and quickest for just hooking it to the wind bracing or the pole brackets that are included.
Single Zipper End Wall -- Didn't Last

I came to really dislike this end wall. I purchased one for each end of my FF tunnel. Here is a rundown of my issues. First off, we get really high winds here (but isn't it windy everywhere?). Storms are typically wind events with sustained gusts at 50 mph+. We have weekly winds that blow in the afternoon at 25+ mph. To keep the bottom from rolling under and filling the cat tunnel with sand, I had to weigh down the bottom of the wall with sandbags and drove two tie-down stakes into the ground and tied a cord attached to the end wall through the gromets at the bottom. Eventually, the gromets ripped out and started to tear the wall fabric. The last straw came when the zipper began to separate from the fabric. Also, opening the end wall became a real process having to remove 8 or nine heavy sandbags and untie the cord.
Also, there is a piece of fabric that covers the zipper that always seems catch in the zipper when closing the wall adding to the time it takes to close the wall due to have to pull the fabric out of the zipper. Doing that several times in the same place starts to shred the fabric making the threads easier to catch in the zipper exasperating the problem.
I ended up building an end wall with 2x4's, plastic, a door and a vent. The cost wasn't that much more than the single zipper wall.
The single zipper wall at the other end of the tunnel that is not subject to prevailing winds is performing well. Although, I still have the zipper catching in the fabric issue with that one as well.
I love Farmers Friend and will continue buy from them. This solution just didn't work for me.
Easy set up!
