*Because all Caterpillar Tunnel orders are custom assembled and packaged for each customer, any changes to, or canceling of a Caterpillar Tunnel order after checkout may be subject to a $200 modification/restocking fee.

Return shipping on all items is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is non-refundable. The product amount paid at the time of order is the amount that will be refunded, minus the return shipping cost and applicable restocking fees.

There is a restocking fee on all returned items. This does not include items that remain in the original packaging unopened.

Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected. The refund amount is posted back to the bank account 3-10 business days after issued from us. This time is based on the customer’s bank policies.

For items that are damaged, missing, lost, or stolen during or at delivery will require a courier claim to be processed. Please contact Farmer’s Friend customer service to initiate the claims process at support@farmersfriend.com or (931) 583-0397.
