I purchased 2 kits to complete an already existing tunnel that I set up in November. And although the tunnel is not a Farmer’s Friend brand, the end wall kits worked perfectly on it. I completely the kits with some second hand storm doors that I got on FB. Love your products!

Missing parts

Overall, the systems look great once installed.
We ordered multiple (4) greenhouses and (6) end walls and began installing them this past week. We were short several items. One kit was missing all of the bolts, but had an extra bag of plastic post caps. Another kit was missing 2 out of the 6 of the twist straps. We’ve not had a chance to call and get replacements, but I got an email asking for a review so here it is. We are supposed to be getting the Mega tunnel and I was planning to try and get replacement parts when we ordered it.
We improvised with parts we have in-house, but with the cost for the kits, there should be better quality control on the items going out the door. In my opinion.
