How often will I need to sharpen/replace the blades?

There are many variables to take into consideration:

• Product Amount/Type
• Harvester Skill Level
• Care and Maintenance

We have some customers who never change a blade in a season and some need our 5 piece blade pack or more. It really depends upon the circumstances of your individual farm.

With a good operator who keeps the blade out of the dirt and cleans the blade area after each use, one could reasonably expect to have functional cutting edge performance for 300-400 lbs (136-181 kg) of greens.
