  1. Document the damage. Before moving any debris or attempting temporary fixes, grab your camera. Wide shots of the entire structure and close-ups of specific points of failure (bent poles, torn film, etc.).
  2. Contact customer service. Call us at (931) 583-0397 to officially initiate the process. You don't have to navigate this alone.
  3. Submit your claim details. Send over your original order info, a description of the storm event and the damage, plus the photos from step one.
  4. Professional assessment. Our team reviews your photos and description to verify warranty eligibility. We keep communication open the whole way.
  5. Resolution & part replacement. Once the assessment is complete, we proceed with the replacement parts — 50% off and free shipping on approved claims.

  • Warranty period: 5 years for caterpillar tunnel owners (Classic, Gothic, Max); 10 years for high tunnel owners (Haven, Guardian).
  • Non-transferable: coverage stays with the original owner and cannot be transferred if the tunnel is sold.
