As we all know, cotter pins have a tendency to fall out with careless use because of the design of what a cotter pin is suppose to be.
Cheap enough to replace, hard to be a problem if you know what you are doing.

Cotter pin fell off within a week! The blade retainer pin stayed on thankfully, but seems like there could be a better pin style that might stay on better.
