Hi, I’ve had about 10 of of your green harvester over the years. The most part of little machine is amazing but your round belt drive is always a point of failure and when I have to cut on wet days it can take me four times as long to do the job or I just can’t get it to work at all. The other thing I’d be happy to pay several hundred dollars more for is bearing that last and don’t rest.

Easy enough to service. But just like any serpentine belt, you have to look at the videos before you dive right in. Straight forward when you take 5 minutes to prepare. And I don't need to change it often and we harvest 100s of microgreen trays a month with it

Most companies like to punish Hawaii residents with outrageous shipping prices and slow service. Not these guys! FREE shipping and I received my order in 3 business days. Thank you!

Can they make it any harder to replace a routine part?
