Hygiene is a top priority, and we've designed the Greens Bubbler Kit with ease of disassembly and thorough sanitization in mind. Every major component can be easily taken apart, enabling you to periodically clean and sanitize the entire system with confidence. The pipes are also perforated on the top and bottom to allow for quick water drainage, and you can even blow air through after a washing session to encourage fast drying.

Our full tank bubble pattern provides complete rotation of your greens throughout the entire tank and creates contact with more bubbles more often for a faster cleaning while eliminating dead zones where greens can get trapped.

The rolling bubble zone, carefully designed for tub-wide consistency, ensures an even and effective washing process that leaves your greens clean and ready for market. Plus, with additional air holes on the bottom of the pipes, greens will be less likely to get trapped underneath between washings.

Our innovative Air Button design allows you to safely control the blower motor of your Greens Bubbler Kit without any additional electrical components. The less electrical infrastructure near your tub the better! Now you can conveniently attach the on/off switch to the side of the tub for easy access, all while eliminating unnecessary electrical hazards.

Flexibility
Supply your own tub & stand
It's important to note that the Farmers Friend Greens Bubbler Kit does not include the 110-gallon tub. Shipping costs for such a large item are not insignificant and would have made the product cost prohibitive. The good news is that you can easily find and purchase this exact tub at local stores like Tractor Supply for around $100 (as of early 2024). Link to tub here. It's a cost-effective and convenient solution that gives you ultimate flexibility—including using a tub you already own.
Many materials can be used to create an effective stand. The goal is to simply elevate the tank to an ergonomic working height and to provide room for you to attach drainage plumbing to the 3" gate valve at the bottom of the tank. Cinder or concrete blocks, landscape timbers, or 4x4s can be used to easily create an effective stand.

Easy to assemble, use, and clean

The new FF Quick-Clean Greens Bubbler was extremely easy to assemble! They give you nearly all the tools and parts needed to build the bubbler (you’ll need a drill or two, a couple small items, and your own 110 gallon tub), and the written instructions/build video make the process very smooth.
W.r.t. use and cleaning: I now tend to use the bubbler for all my veggie washing instead of having a separate hose/spray area apart from the bubbler. So, it has streamlined my processing time as well as overall wash/sterilization time.
I couldn’t be happier with the product!
