0:00Today is the first CSA delivery at Bountiful Blessings Farm, which is my family's farm. And we're over here today and we want to show you the process that

0:07they go through to pack and prepare their CSA delivery. And it's a pretty cool process. So, it all starts here

0:13with the pick list, which is all the orders come through and then you print out this pick list. And this is the the

0:21harvest list essentially, what needs to be harvested, what needs to be washed and get ready to go into the assembly line here. And so once all that has been

0:29harvested and washed, they lay it out on this series of plastic tables. And one important factor is that it's all laid

0:38out in order of the packing list. So A through Z down the line. And then once

0:46that foundation is laid, all the stuff is harvested. The start to the line is down here.

0:53And this is all through the the software that they're using is CSA wear. And so each customer has the ability to kind of

1:00customize their CSA box. And so each CSA box has a packing slip like this. So

1:08we're going to follow that process. They take one order and then each uh each farm employee that's packing boxes has a

1:17designated color code here so that if they run into any issues they kind of know how to track that back. Um and then

1:25on these individual packing slips now it's in order of uh the line here. So

1:33again you know ordered A through Z. And so as you go down the line, you can just look at your packing slip, grab your bag

1:40of arugula, grab your microgreens, grab your carrots, whatever it is, and each one's going to be slightly different because they offer that customization

1:47which a lot of people want nowadays. And then you get down to the end of the line and the box is complete, the customer's

1:54order is done. So that is the process at Benefit Blessings Farm using the software CSA wear.
